Her professional journey spans community building, global engagement, and project management in defense contracting, where she has held leadership roles in overseeing strategic initiatives. Jessica’s passion lies in advocating for marginalized communities, using her voice to promote social justice and create sustainable, positive change.

John W. Powell III is a seasoned business development leader with a strong focus on driving growth in expansion-stage organizations. He holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and has advanced studies in Financial Planning from UCLA. With over 17 years of experience, Mr. Powell specializes in identifying market opportunities, capital acquisition, and strategic financial solutions, including expertise in the arbitrage of gold and precious metals.

His leadership includes serving as President of Elite Energy Engineering, where he led the development of innovative methane abatement technologies. His deep knowledge of financial markets and business strategy has made him a key influencer in the industries he serves.
